Best Tile

I found Best Tile through a Living Social Deal just before beginning a bath and kitchen reno. I wasn’t sure what to expect so waited to order the deal before I was sure I would use them. On my first visit, I realized that Best Tile offered a great selection at reasonable prices. Megan offered to help me in finding ideas for my kitchen backsplash. Up to this point, my experience with other stores had not been great. Not enough selection, too expensive, overwhelming. Megan actually made the experience fun! We «played» with several options over several visits… Yes, I am a little OCD! When we got close, I still had some reservations and Megan was able to find just the right tile and just the right trim to pull it all together. She was so willing to work with me and spent time doing mock ups for me to see what it would look like completed, sent pictures of examples, helped with measurements with the installers, even helped me convince my tile installer to use the Schluter strip as the design calls for. Megan Ackerman was/​is a truly helpful person in this whole process and I sincerely appreciate all the help that she and Best Tile were able to provide. I would definitely recommend Best Tile and especially Megan Ackerman as a highly skilled and enjoyable person to work with during your next renovation!
