I don’t know where to start with Bojangles. Between the warm, fluffy, butter biscuits and the massive cups of ice cold sweet tea this southern eatery is a place that holds a special place in my heart. You could honestly eat everything here at all times of the day and be completely satisfied. The workers are friendly and helpful, and patient while you decide what piece of southern love you want to put down your throat. However this is a fast food restaurant and with that comes a lack of quality but when it tastes this good who really cares what kind of meet your munching on. The restaurant is also clean and well kept up. In the end this southern treasure is an awesome place to enjoy some breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

If you want to be treated like crap and not like a paying customer then come to this one. My husband finished getting his car inspected and was going to bring home lunch. He started with the first half of his order, and he started the second part of the order when the drive through attendant stopped him with a rude«Wait a minute.» He waited until she said«Okay so you want _____. Is that it?» He said the second item and she said«Okay that will be ______.»(Of course she didn’t annunciate and her 11 sounded like a 7. When my husband drove up to pick up the food. She handed him all of the food. When he went to ask for honey mustard(since she cut him off earlier), she slammed the window shut. Thanks drive through people.

Stopped by for lunch and boy did I make a mistake. They had us waiting over 20 minutes for our food. Employees blaming manager for being new as to why they were being slow themselves. Food wasn’t hot and fries were not fresh from sitting there for so long. Not the best experience today dont think I will be back to this location.

I haven’t tried all the Bojangles in the area, but at one point or another, I’ve tried most of the ones in Greensboro, and this one is consistently my favorite. The service here is always excellent, even when they are busy, and this one does get busy often. I’ve done a kind of mini comparison test over the last few weeks — comparing my 3 favorite breakfast biscuits(Country Ham, Sausage & Egg, and Bacon, Egg & Cheese) from Hardee’s, Biscuitville, and now Bojangles. Bojangles is best, for my tastes anyway, for the 2 biscuits with meat and egg — the egg is softly scrambled, not overcooked at all. Hardee’s, and especially Biscuitville, simply good the dickens out of the egg. Hardee’s does a better job with the Country Ham biscuit, but charges a little more. As to just the biscuit itself — Bo knows biscuits.
