While the flavor isn’t bad, it is over-priced for what you get. The gourmet fries are not very gourmet, small amount of topping & the bacon bits were almost raw. Sandwiches are small, and buns are not grilled or toasted like other Charley’s locations.

This Ohio based sandwich chain is expanding into this area with the recent opening at Four Seasons Mall, and one is coming soon at Southpoint in Durham. Seems very few of their locations are free standing with most being in malls or strip centers. The menu is not especially broad, and the central theme is Philly — Philly Cheesesteak, Philly Steak, Philly Chicken, Philly Ham & Cheese, Philly Veggie, and so on. The subs come in small, medium, and large — and there are combos, as well. This is not particularly an inexpensive place to grab a quick bite — the small Veggie Deluxe is $ 4.29, and it is small — slightly bigger than a biscuit small(See picture). Add at soda at $ 1.99, and you are closing in on $ 7. The Veggie Deluxe had good flavor, the bread is nice, but not crusty, but this is not a value meal.
