My computer died over the Christmas/​New year week — so frustrating because you never know what to do and who to trust. I called Phillip and dropped my computer off to him within an hour. He was really nice, quickly diagnosed my computer, offered solutions at a price I could afford, and was willing to have my computer back within 24 hours — not necessary with the holiday. After I brought my newly repaired computer home, he followed up within 24 hours again to make sure I didn’t have any problems (not a one — as evidenced by this review written on said computer). I think it might even be faster? Thanks for being so easy to work with!
