I moved to the Greensboro area and after having worked at a jewelry store for five years I knew I was going to be picky when I needed a repair on my wedding band. I took a chance and walked in here expecting to just check the place out and see if it was a good fit but then I met Callie and she was just so sweet and took excellent care of me! Their repair turnaround time was extremely quick and they clearly communicated everything with me. Callie and the team were great to work with and I will definitely be recommending them! Thank you guys!

I came here based on my mom’s recommendation to get several watch batteries replaced. Fair price and nice people. I had two watches serviced. It’s good to have a reliable jewelry place to go to for watch repairs, adjustments and things of that sort.

Custom Jewelers offers unparalleled customer service. When they finished repairing my Erte Alouette diamond ring, it looked brand new. They also repaired my 6 carat Amethyst ring to brand new state. Their prices are reasonable and their designs are exquisite. They will always be my jewelers going forward!
