Absolutely terrible customer service! I would never, ever, ever as much as *walk* by this place if you paid me $ 1 M. They took my money, knowing that they did not have the frames in stock, then tried selling me the scratched display model, saying that the scratches wouldn’t impede me from seeing through the lenses. Then the beaming manager said s/he would *personally* drive to another branch to see if my frames were available there. Wow, what a delight!! – you’re actually going to drive somewhere to see if you can meet your end of the bargain and provide me with a product I paid for weeks ago? Oh please! The sales reps are unapologetic, defensive and patronizing. They are incapable of simple logical reasoning and of displaying any sympathy for customers. I suspect that the company breeds this behavior because they have overpriced, substandard products.
