I really wanted to like this place, but the good vibe turned sour when insurance got involved. I had to turn in paperwork for my insurance company to reimburse me, however when I did so, the insurance company informed me Michelle didn’t fill out the proper and necessary information doctors are required to. Granted she is not a doctor, but when I called and asked to have this done, the receptionist and Michelle were absolutely clueless. I actually had to spend time looking up insurance codes to give to them. And after all that wasted effort, she still coded them only one way, even though I went for in for treatment for more than one thing. I requested Michelle to add this to the codes, but she denied it, even after I told her it made the difference in me being able to come back to her for treatment. Guess she didn’t want my business. But then again, I don’t want really want to go some place that doesn’t know what they’re doing anyway.

Sadly, I no longer live in the area, but for years, I was a regular client here. Michelle and Blake are both extremely gifted, caring Accupuncturists. The facility is peaceful and beautiful, I always looked forward to my appointments. Their Open Clinics on Tuesdays are a great opportunity for people on a budget to benefit from Chinese Medicine. Cannot say enough good things about this place!

I had a great experience. I was 2 days away from my due date when I got acupuncture to speed up labor. I was worried about going too far past my due date and needing to be induced…
The experience was relaxing and almost spiritual. My body actually started having really soothing waves/​contractions.
My water broke within 24 hours and I had my healthy, beautiful son right on his due date. I was able to have the natural birth I hoped for.
