Mattress Firm Wendover Village

My first experience here, although somewhat dated should be detailed before I talk about my purchase today. A few years ago I was looking for a new mattress. I shopped around and found similar mattresses at several stores until purchasing at this store. No interest financing, price, and free delivery made this store my final destination. Also the sales person was knowledgeable about each brand and let me lounge before I bought. She helped me find the right firmness (no jokes please) and a product that met my needs. She truly understood their stock and helped me find what I was looking for. My Serta iComfort King memory foam mattress is fabulous and I have not received better sleep from a mattress before this. And it is freakin huge!
Today I made a purchase because my 2-​year old refuses to sleep in her toddler bed and always says, «No sleep in baby bed.» Yes, she realizes that this isn’t a big girl bed and has been on my couch for about six months. Luckily I bought a crib that converts to a toddler bed, and then to a full bed as she ages. So today I put on the rails and started doing the comparison shopping all over again. Once again I was right back in this store. What brought me here? The same reasons I mentioned before. Bree was my salesperson. I told her my situation and what I was looking for, although I wasn’t sure what I was looking for since this isn’t *my* bed I was shopping for. So my little monster tested a few out and actually informed me of which one she liked. Yes, she really did.
What separates this store from others? Several things do. First, for the money conscious, the price for similar mattresses at other places has been identical if not cheaper here. This particular mattress was about $ 200 less than the next cheapest place due to the promotion that is currently running. I actually did comparison shopping again after I purchased it to confirm this to make sure I wasn’t crazy. Also for those of you who like playing with other people’s money, they are running no interest until 2020, offer free same day delivery, and are not charging tax (although I know it is included in the price already). Mattress Firm runs promotions like these often so it may be worth checking out or checking ads periodically if you are looking to buy. This chain does a great job of doing things like this and it gets me in the store if nothing else. The sales people know their products and will help you find what you are looking for even if you don’t have a clue. They have great selection and will find something that meets your price range.
The delivery folks came and set up my bed with no issues. They climb floors too and make sure everything is ok before they leave.
A mattress is a 10+ year investment and worth taking the time to find what matches your needs. This store has exceeded my expectations in product availability, value, and service. Great experiences both times I have been here. I probably will just come straight here next time and save myself some time and headache.
