McDonald’s

Even if the one women I saw in the drive thru was the only person working, which I doubt it true, I still shouldn’t have had to wait as long as I did. I was in the drive thru for literally 20 minutes, and when I get my food it’s cold. I tell the employee that it’s cold and she lies to my face and tells me it just came out. When I insist that it’s cold she takes it, says nothing, and then doesn’t ever come back. After a number of minutes and two cars leaving from in line behind me I also left. I paid for a hash brown that was given to me cold and then just not given to me at all. So much for fast food and so much for all day breakfast. This place is ridiculous.

As I write this I wonder what Ray Kroc would think of what has become of his little family fast food restaurant now…
I think he would be disappointed that the employees just don’t give a crap. Mostly because the Kroc family were huge contributors to their communities… Just look at all the good that the Ronald McDonald Houses are doing.
Two stars because they were not very busy when we came in around 10:30 (ish) in the morning. We ordered our food but our teenaged employee (who was doing his best — with minimal training) forgot to ask about drinks. We both ordered «meals» — thinking these came with drinks we didn’t bother to order them extra. So, when our food came… I asked for some cups. They were given by the Manager with a smirk– they are NOT included. «Okay, I’ll go back and pay for them.» I went to the register and asked for two «value» drinks (you know from the dollar menu) nope… I was charged) $ 3.89. But those were the cups she gave me…
Another reason for the TWO STARS … LACK OF SUGAR FREE OPTIONS… I needed sugar free syrup for my pancakes. Nope. Sugar free jelly. No… Are Diabetics aloud to eat here? Jeezzzz you guys are Making it hard… I’m not diabetic, but trying to cut down on my sugars.

I’m not an overly huge fan on McDonalds, but given that they have some healthy items and they are convenient for me to visit, they will work on a pinch. This place happens to be near where I work and that is why I tend to visit it often.
I’m not going to go into great detail about the way the food tastes ere. They have burgers, salads, chicken sandwiches, and others. In other words, they serve McDonalds food, and they do it well, because it tastes as expected and there are no interesting things about the food here worthy of mentioning. I will say that this is a nice place and that the customer service is pretty good. I have never had a problem here.
However I have observed that it could at times be better maintained. I have come here when there are no customers and I find the tables and the floor to be dirty or wet at times. Also, sometimes the condiments or the lids aren’t well stocked. For instance, I came here and couldn’t pump ketchup one time, and the woman at the counter didn’t offer me any ketchup packets. I can accept this if things get busy, but for the most part, I find it hard to accept if there is hardly anyone present.

We stopped here last night for the first time. Really terrible service when i ordered slowly and cashier was really so rude!

Last night, all I wanted was a milkshake. After I ordered, the associate said, «the machine is broken,» so I cancelled. This is a brand new store, mind you, but I understand that these things happen. As I was determined to get a milkshake, I drove over to, again, the brand new Mickey D’s on New Garden. I put in my order, drove to the first window and paid then drove to the second for pickup. Homegirl comes to the window and communicates that the machine is being cleaned at the moment – «would you like something else?» No, I didn’t want anything else, so I canceled my entire order and requested a refund. Initially, the manager only refunded me partially. It took her a moment to grasp that I didn’t want anything at all. What I learned from this experience: don’t expect to get a milkshake from McDonald’s, anywhere, at 6pm on Saturdays.
