The installer went out of his way to make me happy, spending almost 3 hours crawling in a tight space under my house so the wires were exactly where I wanted. He really spent a lot of time trying to get it right, and it shows because everything was setup perfectly.
Once running I had some questions, and the tech. support is fantastic, best I’ve ever had, from techs right in Winston Salem. Based on my measurements the download speed is almost 1Gbps speed, which is incredible.
