I love Randall’s! I’ve been bringing all my cars here for the past 10 years! They are like family! I highly recommend Randall’s to everyone!

I dropped my newly lifted jeep off for an alignment at randalls last week. I was called and told it was ready to be picked up and when I got there I was told only half was done because it needs adjustable ball joints to get the rest set up right. I was charged the full amount and told that not only when I get the parts installed I will have to pay the alignment again.
Had they called and asked if I wanted the adjustable ball joints put on I would have said go ahead and do it and get it right. Now I have to take more time to take the jeep to have the joints done and aligned which will take another two trips from my wife to pick me up and drop me off where ever I take it. Everyone had told me take it to randalls but going forward I think I will be the one that says don’t take it there. In the end I paid $ 70 for an alignment that was half way done and even that wasnt done correctly as the jeeps geometry from the lift was not imputed when doing the settings.
In the future I will have to think twice about going here which is a shame because it would have been nice to have had a good experience as I have a few more things I needed to do.
