This airport really needs to do better. This is one of the only food options and it’s absolutely pathetic. The food is served on plastic plates with plastic cutlery. I ordered a chicken ceasar and it came with chicken that was simply microwaved. The dressing came in a squeeze packet. It was $ 12. This is a Sam Adams restaurant and they literally only have ONE type of Sam Adams beer. Wish I would’ve ate before I came to the airport.

Sorry — this place just doesn’t cut it. It is the only bar and one of only two food options after security — and the other food option is boxed, under the heat lamp, Pizza Hut. The food is dreadful. The drinks are poorly made, weak, and over-priced. The service, while polite, is sooooo slow. This is the perfect example of why competition is needed. They have no need to improve.

This place is just not good. Limited menu, poor service, hours not aligned with actual flight schedules. A lot more money could be made here, but why try when there is zero competition?

GSO is a small airport, so I can understand the limited choices for food and shopping but if you’re hungry, I’m sure you can find something here. The bar not only serves alcohol but also food like burgers and sandwiches. It’s adjacent to the dunkin and pizza hut. The bar has 3 TVs. We actually just got pepperoni pizzas, but my hubby wanted to watch the golf game so the bartender served us. We can’t comment on the bar food, but I commend the bartender there for working the bar, serving food in the dining area and cleaning and bussing tables. For one person working on a sunday night, I think he did a great job! I didn’t see people waiting too long.

Typical airport joint, but with the slowest service of any airport bar I’ve ever been in. However, you’ve little choice if you want a beer close to the gate. Can’t comment on the food. Took so long just to get a beer we didn’t bother ordering anything.

Quite pleasant for an airport bar in a smaller city. The food is mediocre and the drink prices are at airport bar price, but the staff are more polite and friendly than it most comparable spots I’ve been to. Not a bad place at all to kill some time.

Typical airport joint with good selection of San Adams beers. I got the cherry wheat which was excellent. Service was good though don’t get the fries unless you like them inedible…

The Samuel Adams bar in the Greensboro airport is your one place to grab a drink if you have time to burn before a flight. Standard airport bar with decent service and they do have a good selection of Sam Adams brewskis. Besides the usual Boston larger, they had the summer ale as their seasonal and another limited brew. I ordered the Buckshot — a local amber ale brewed by Natty Greene’s Pub & Brewing Co. I liked the flavor of this well balanced ale. At $ 7.38 for a large pint, all I needed was one before my flight. The Samual Adams bar isn’t anything extraordinary. Stop by if you have time before your flight but you can be surprised by the variety they have on offer here.
