The staff here is just wonderful. I would give the facility 5 stars but an unfortunate incident happened when I went in for a breast biopsy. This is a sterile procedure. Dr Lin very professionally explained the procedure. She then donned her gloves but I needed to remind her to wash her hands. She replied that they usually don’t wash their hands before a sterile procedure. WHAT??? After I said something she did wash her hands. How many other patients has she done this procedure to without washing her hands? I’d love to know her post op rate of infection. Anyway, watch anyone who touches you like a HAWK and make sure they wash their hands before any procedure!!!
