Triad Mosquito Control

New business, family-​run and completely unprofessional.
Bought a Groupon to check out the mosquito barrier spray service that is offered by a handful of other companies in the area.
When trying to contact them, it’s a major fail. They never pick up the phone and take anywhere from a couple hours to a day to return the call. Same goes with email replies and contacting through website.
Initial scheduling was a pain since we played voicemail for a couple days. A dozen voicemails/​emails and a rainout later, I eventually got an appointment (sorry Winston — only once a week)… and they missed it! Simply missed it.
Alas, we are rescheduled again.
I’m sure they are nice people trying to start a business, but this is not the way to get customers.
I hate giving 1 star reviews, I really do…
