This is by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Terrible from start to end. Food wait way was waaayyyy too long. Coffee was terrible, tasted like yesterday’s coffee. Water glass did not get filled even once. Once we actually got the food, it was cold and order was not even close to correct. The ONLY positive was that the manager took care of the bill. Hopefully the restaurant was just having a bad day. We were not the only ones who weren’t happy, it seemed like everyone.

This was no different than other Ihops. The service was so slow and no one was on there. Our server really wanted no parts of serving. The food took over 40 minutes and the restaurant was empty. The cupcake pancakes were good though. Order to go if you feel compelled to go.

Dive diner quality food if you’re lucky. Be prepared to be there for at least an hour. We went a few times and it wasn’t close to busy but still had terrible service and over/under cooked everything that took forever to come out. Around 40 minutes after ordering type forever. No reason to go there.

I gave IHOP a harsh review last year based on a bad experience, but since then, they’ve redeemed themselves. You’re never going to get a gourmet breakfast here, but if you go in with appropriate expectations, it’s not so bad. Service is usually really fast. Eggs are typically only okay, but we’ve only had disappointing pancakes once. I’m actually a big fan of the Swedish crepes, and have had good luck with the waffles, too. Nothing fancy– it’s an IHOP. But for breakfast at a reasonable price, I’m upgrading them to «A-OK.»

First, I would to state that Jake our waiter was great. Very attentive, courteous and timely. Next, while I typically do not like to eat at breakfast chains, we ended up here because the Getty was closed and I have to say the sirloin tips breakfast was really good. So I guess IHOP makes the list.

I don’t even know where to begin with this review. Was a slow Friday evening. Got in about 6:00. Got seated right away. Was 4 of us. The good stuff ended there. 10 minutes before we met our server and ordered drinks. Another 10’before we ordered our food. Then I kid you not…45 minutes before we got served. Yup 45 minutes… at an ihop!!! Oh wait it doesn’t end there. During that 45 minutes we didn’t see our server one time to refill our drinks. Not once. She finally showed up with what was supposed to be our food. My order: omelet with toast… no toast came. Wife’s order: omlet with side of pancakes… no pancakes came. Sons order: two scrambled eggs with toast and side of pancakes… eggs came over easy with no pancakes. Daughters order: pancake with side of bacon and sausage… no sausage and only half a piece of bacon. Waitress dropped them off and tried to run away. Hold up! We need more drinks please! And I listed the things wrong with each of our meals. Well believe it or not it took another 45 minutes for them to get us the other things we ordered. They came one at a time with an «is there anything else I can get you?» Well yeah… get us the rest of our food. Unreal. After two hours of being in this place we had to flag down someone else and stand right outside the kitchen to get our check. Never… and I mean NEVER have I been in a place as bad as this. Not only will I not be back but this has killed me off ihop permanently.

Walked in and the host has hair the has not been combed today, he complained about lifting two high chairs. We were seated at a table that had not been cleaned yet. We had to ask for a waitress after waiting 20 minutes had not never been acknowledged by any staff. Took her 5 minutes to find a cloth to clean our table and it took us another 15 minutes before we even got our food.

So the service was great, and it’s a great place to study. The food is what’s expected for IHOP, so nothing special there. Our server was really mindful and checked on us frequently.

Poor service(even on a *very* slow day), uninteresting food, creepy server, worn down, and they got my bill wrong…, twice. Pancakes are too easy to have to put up with this.

Typical IHOP. During the week there is no one here so you get seated and served pretty fast. Weekends they do get a very long line! For the waitresses/waiters I would go with a older more mature server. The younger employees here aren’t that great. The food has always been good at this location since they opened and they have a huge parking lot which is great for when they do get busy!

Horrible. Do not waste your time. Awful. I’m surprised if I don’t get food poisoning from this place. I can’t even start to tell you how bad it was.

We used to love IHOP but in the past two trips we’ve had extra crispy waffles(read burnt). This trip we had to send back under cooked bacon(pink and white bacon) the table next to us sent their bacon back 2 times and the table behind us sent their eggs back to get warmed up. The price is decent and food is still better than Dennys, but the quality doesn’t love up to the brand standard.

It’s been years since my last Ihop visit and I’ll be the first to admit that during the time that some might call mini college Ihop love affair, I was faaarrrr from giving any thought to the healthfulness of the creamy, oozing crepes I shoveled down with berry-ridden smiles. So, today, after many o’ Swedish crepeless years, my father, sister and I ventured in hoping to fill our stomachs with heart-healthy options in mind. Lo and behold, Ihop actually has some pretty tasty, low-cal, grain-y options! To start off, the service was attentive and fast. Our table ordered the whole wheat blueberry pancakes, multigrain blueberry pancakes, egg substitutes and turkey bacon. Buckwheat pancakes and I go way back, so it is with great pleasure that I can report Ihop’s whole wheat blueberry pancakes are the perfect fit for those of you who fall in the Iloveblueberries andor buckwheat category. My father was equally please with his nutty blueberry pancakes that come topped with banana slices. And, what makes these tasty jacks of flap even better? Boysenberry syrup… or blueberry… butter pecan… or strawberry — whatever tickles your syrup fancy. The meals were in between 440 and 540 calories each. All meals were under $ 9 — maybe even $ 8? My last notes are in reference to turkey bacon and the location: 1.) who knew turkey bacon could be sooo good? 2.) I’m pretty sure having breakfast at Ihop and then strolling next door to Barnes & Noble for a midmorning read is the perfect way to start your Sunday off in Greensburg, PA.(forgive the lack of localness — our hotel was surrounded by every chain under the sun) Slightly related: Shmoke and a pancake? Flapjack and a cigarette? Waffle and a cigar? Just watch it again, you know you want to:

I’ve never had a bad IHOP experience until I visited this location, which I waited months to do since I saw it being built. The service is OK at best but the food was awful, my pancakes weren’t quite done and my wife’s burger was overcooked and greasy. We will not return to this IHOP.

who doesn’t like ihop? you can’t go wrong… breakfast foods galore and a lunch and dinner selection as well. our server at this particular ihop, courtney, was super nice and helpful. i ordered the garden crêpe, which i had never had before, and LOVED it. i also barely spent anything, so really i can’t say a single bad thing about it!
