Macy’s

Macy’s has a chair on sale my wife wanted. She went to the Westmoreland Mall Store
Greensburg, Pa. 15 601. The chair and color she wanted was not available because Macy’s doesn’t keep any of their furniture in stock. They will order it and deliver it to my home for $ 65 extra. I told them I would just come to the store and pick it up. I can’t do that. It has to be delivered to my home for $ 65. From talking to the salesman, Macy’s keeps nothing on stock like this. Everything must be ordered and delivered to your home. Can we say SCREWING the customer? Macy’s is the definition of GREED. I urge everyone to shop somewhere else. Macy’s will never see my money again.

I came here because I was in need of dress clothes and I was seriously lacking in that area in my closet. I had an interview for a new job coming up and I needed to look my best.
At first I was just browsing the area looking at the items with nothing in particular in mind to buy. While I was browsing I was approached by one of the Men’s Department associates and helped immensely. He pointed me in the direction of each item I asked about and was able to describe to me in detail everything I might need to know about said items.
It was a good thing that I knew I could go to this gentleman for assistance. Especially when it came to the shirts. When working in the field I work and all I wear are t-​shirts and scrub tops it came as a shock that shirts don’t always come in large, medium and small. Luckily for me I was able to get my size measured out and with that I was able to start browsing the shirts.
I left Macy’s at one point to go browse other stores for potential dress clothes items as well. Even though I was going to do this, the gentlemen kept my items behind the register until my return for purchase. I totally appreciate that he was willing to do that.

I love this store. They have great sales, trendy merchandise, and most of the associates are very helpful and friendly. Macy’s is by far the best anchor store at the Westmoreland Mall.

Macy’s: its not as good as Nordstroms, but it is better than JCPenny’s.
This place has a big variety of things. It does not matter whether you are old, young, male, or female, if you come in here, you will probably fond something that fits your style. They also have a pretty big kitchen section, but nothing compares with Kitchen Collection, which is just 3 stores down. But honestly, Macy’s has a pretty big selection of everything, so if you are trying to find the best department store in Westmoreland mall, go to Macy’s.
