We have used Mignogna Collision Center for more than 15 years. Always with excellent results. Although, that has always been with Patsy’s son, Jason, involved and Jason’s wife, Dee, managing the office. I don’t know what happened and I don’t care, but Jason and Patsy have, apparently, split ways. I have seen Patsy’s passive aggressive advertising, «There’s Only One.» But yet, Jason’s new shop, The Collision Shop, seems to have an olive branch as their logo. I have worked with this family since before Jason and Dee were married or had their children. I liked them all and I liked their quality work.(I do not know any of these people on a personal level) BUT, If I am to choose between these 2 rival shops, just based on Patsy’s advertising, I would choose Jason’s shop. Patsy’s passive-aggressive nature really turned me off to ever using his shop again, especially since Jason has been the one in charge of all the work on my vehicles. My suggestion… Use«The Collision Shop» instead of «Mignogna Collision Center.» It’s just a few feet down the road.

My 4runner was rear-ended a few weeks ago, first wreck ever, which sucks donkey. The gentleman who hit me was extremely sorry and called his insurance to report a loss. I’ve only herd horror stories about being in an accident but this man couldn’t have been better, thankfully everyone was un-injured. He had Erie Insurance. Erie could have been better for they were next to impossible to reach and took well over a week to return any of my calls. Finally they called. Figuring I had no idea who to take my car to for repairs Erie Insurance gave me a few ideas. Among them were Star and Mignogna. I’d rather gouge my eyes out with a KFC spork than go to Star so I chose the business of which I knew nothing. Crossing my fingers I waited for them to call. They called within an hour of my speaking with the Erie representative. Here are my findings about Mignogna Collision Center. These people were beyond professional. The appointment was faster than expected. They even went as far to setting up the rental car service. No one wants to talk to those filthy animals. Parts were ordered and they said three days to repair all the damages. They even got done a day early. When I stopped to pick the vehicle up they drove it around for my inspections. I’m a prick, truthfully ask my wife, so I was ready for my inspection. When I first laid eyes on my 4Runner I was sure they pulled the old switcheroo. This couldn’t be my car. It was clean inside and out. They even went as far to buff out some old scratches on the other side of the bumper. When I went home I looked over what they charged the insurance company and even then was impressed. No chance they gouged the price like I’m sure many in the business have. Even Erie Insurance should be happy they’re on the list. To say that I am 100% happy is an extreme understatement. My only complaint is that I wish other companied worked as hard as them to satisfy a customer. Whoever cleaned out the inside of my car I owe a beer, damn that couldn’t have been fun.
