While they have great crafts and gifts for kids, their staff is absolutely unbearable. 20 minute minimum wait in line, even if there is no line. I’ve had to wait in line while cashiers finish personal conversations. Any time a price check is needed nobody seems willing to help, which is often because the store is a wreck. Every time I shop here it is the same, grown adults (average employee age is prob around 35) doing nothing. The store is a mess & check out takes forever. Luckily, pretty much everything they sell can be found online or in other stores for the same price.
