I can’t tell if the people who work here are inept or not given the tools and info to do their jobs well. Regardless, a few weeks after the new iPhones came out, I asked on three different occasions over the course of three weeks if they had any in stock. Each time, I was told that they had none and no idea when they were going to get any. On the fourth try, we finally got our phones. We were told we could go home, back up my wife’s phone, and return it for a credit(mine had broken glass and couldn’t be returned). We were told it was OK for us to bring it back the next week. I did that, and upon returning was told that that was actually impossible, and that my best bet for getting credit/cash of any kind was a cell phone kiosk/dropbox in the mall. I hope our phones work.
