If this is for Gymboree in Haywood mall this location has terrible customer service. I try to shop online but when there is an occasional size problem or product problem and I have had to go the store I have been treated with the worst customer service. Not only do they treat you like a criminal for a return or exchange though they clearly state there is a 60 day return policy with a receipt which I always have, every person there is rude. Also when I was there last week a cs rep was making fun of a foreign customers lack of English skills when trying to describe a dress she saw online. How completely unclassy to talk that way while other customers are shopping!
