Sweet or savory I am addicted. Authentic French crepes, really.

This was a little food truck in Greenville, ME located across from Flatlanders resto. The second I saw the truck I knew I needed to go there for dessert. For $ 3 I got the basic cinnamon bun crêpe.
You can watch Memere make the crêpe on her hot crêpe griddle and its pretty nice to watch. The crêpe its self was delicious, warm, buttery and full of cinnamon and sugar. I could eat like 287 of them I think.
She also has other sweet crepes and savory as well.
