This restaurant is updated every 5 or so years, so it’s definitely not outdated. I would typically give it 3 stars but they’ve recently implemented a rewards program that I use the heck out of and I love playing Life or Monopoly with my husband or neices and nephews so everyone isn’t on their phone… They’re on the same tablet — but playing together as a family. 99 cents for an hour or so of entertainment is kinda awesome. I can’t stay away from the chips and salsa(side of ranch!)… The corn on the cob is the best you can find in a restaurant. My current favorite is the Ranchero Tacos, so of course I get two corn cobs instead of the rice and beans it comes with. Sadly, I’m not a ribs fan and I don’t think I’ve ever had an alcoholic beverage here, so I can’t really comment on how awesome the advertised ribs or margaritas are. However, I believe I will at least try a Margarita in the future to add to my review. I mean, it’s for the public, right? That’s like charity.

Nothing special here. I suggest you forgo this place and eat someplace local. You won’t regret it.

One of the worst experiences here ever, it took way to long to be sat and the manager who finally recognized that we were waiting, at that point I’m guessing she told the hostess that we were waiting who then had an attitude about seating us, dropped our menus and left, no have a nice meal etc. After we were sat it took, again, forever for the server to come to our table, we were just about to leave when she finally showed up. I can say that The wait staff looks over worked, I understand why it took her so long to get to us she had at least 5 tables at once. The manager came back to our table and appologized about the long wait on loaded guac which we never ordered, she then looked very confused, this place has a lack of organization I would say. We then advised the manager about our long wait times to be sat etc, she seemed concerned-ish. The place is disgusting in appearance I feel like I need to take a shower just sitting here. I love their avacado chicken sandwich, however this time the chicken was so small I could barely see it on the sandwich, taste was as expected. I do believe this will be my last time here for a very long time, very disappointing.

The restaurant atmosphere is engaging if you are in a large group. Less engaging for families with children. We went in at 5:45 pm before the rush of people and there were only three groups already seated. After we ordered it took 45 minutes for a sandwich, a salad, and a child’s chicken pieces to arrive. The waiter kept telling us the meal was almost ready for 30 minutes. Although the food was excellent, we had to rush through it because of commitments at 6:15 pm. We will NEVER go to this restaurant again.

The service here has become worse and worse over the year or so. Walked in tonight with 3 friends of mine and they told us there was a wait. Restaurant was moderately busy. While waiting, I counted 6+ dirty tables with no guests, but yet there was still a wait time. Staff are trained very poorly and the service they provide is marginal. Food was okay. Seems like this place has gone downhill. Used to be a good spot, but just not a place I like to go out anymore.

Friendly service and the place seemed a little dated the food came out in three stages and couldn’t get enough water since my cup was full of ice. They seemed to want to work on service but the one took the order was not the who delivering. Not consist hand off or follow up.

I have to go three stars. I went with buffalo ranch chicken sandwich, a solid favorite of mine. They have changed the chicken part of the sandwich, not a good change either. Service was good, but they need to do some updating.

Absolutely SUCKS! Took forever to get drink order. Sweet tea had no sugar. Replacement tea took over 5 minutes to get and tasted awful. I had two birthdays while waiting on the food which was below average at best. Don’t waste your time here!!!

A friend of mine recently had her birthday dinner here. Our server name was Kayce. I really enjoyed the food and the service was the best i’ve had in a long time. Kayce made the dining experience and I will visit again and again when i’m in Greenville.

It was Mr. & Mrs. Shirt’s anniversary so we wanted to celebrate with a few adult beverages and a light dinner. The burger and chicken were fine BUT… the Pina Colads we ordered had to be the worst we have ever had and believe me I’ve had a lot of booze in my day. And how hard is it to screw up a Pina Colada? There was no taste of any rum, no whipped cream, a tart lime taste and to add insult to injury, they came in a tea glass! What? Quality of Service: The waiter was responsive to our needs and tried to salvage the terrible lack of bartendering knowledge on the part of the 15 year old blonde drink mixer, but to no avail. When they bring you ice cream to substitute for being out of whipped cream for the drinks, you know you are in trouble. Makes you wonder about why they emphasis the«bar» in their resturaunt name when they clearly have no knowledge of how to make a simple bar drink. Cleaniness: Bar area where we sat was smokey and still had empty plates and glasses left over from previous cutomers. Portion Size: Dinner was fine even though the Heinz Ketsup bottle was empty and the waiter had to scramble to find some. After all, what good are fries without it? Value For The Money: At $ 6 apiece for drinks we didn’t finish… nuff said. P. S. When I got home I went online and filled out the customer survey we were given. BINGO! Three days later the regional managaer sent us $ 20 worth of Chili’s Gift Certificates along with an apology. It will get us to return but we will never have another mixed drink there.
