Wonderful! My food was hot and on time. The manager was very friendly. Our waitress got everything right. Delicious. No complaints. Not from this area but would come back again.

For me Chili’s is consistent in one area– vastly different experiences each time I go. Today (Sunday) was awful. Our waitress (short, blonde with a ponytail) was okay nothing exciting but she did her job. We left her a 17% tip for her service. The food was the problem. The ribs were so overcooked I couldn’t eat them, my loaded potatoes were loaded with green onions but a sprinkle of cheese and no bacon. The bacon on our cheese fries was burnt. The restaurant on a Sunday afternoon was really slow-maybe their inconsistency is hurting their business.

Went on a Sunday at 1 pm. The place wasn’t busy but it took over a hour and a half to get our food. It took 30 minutes just to get the waitress to take our order. I ordered a turkey sandwich and told them no avocado. Waited a hour and a half for our food to come out and my sandwich had avocado on it. The waitress gave me attitude because I ate my soup first and didn’t notice the avocado on my sandwich when she had put the sandwich out. From now on chili’s will be the last place I would go to eat.

Anderson has several chain restaurants to choose from and we like Chili’s best. On this visit we had the ribs and I decided to try the dry rub while my wife had the traditional sauce. The dry rub was good but we decided that the traditional sauce was best. Their tortilla chips are freshly cooked, thin and light — and very tasty.
We’ll be back!

OMG The worst. As soon as we sat down and was prepared to order we noticed that the silverware was dirty, at first we thought ok it may be just one, but it wasn’t. The entire table’s silverware was dirty, so we got up and left. It was a same too, I was really looking forwad to their southwestern eggrolls. We haven’t been back since.
