Dupree’s saved me on multiple levels when I had to be at RDU at 5 am from Greenville with a dog, an airline kennel, and a few pieces of luggage when I made the move back out west last month. I was able to get booked with very minimal notice, with all communications provided via text messaging to ensure nothing was missed, and the driver, who I’m guessing was also the owner, showed up at my residence in Greenville right on time. We were at the airport with lots of time to spare. After a really bad experience with getting denied cargo access at RDU upon arrival due to an issue with the kennel size, the driver was kind enough to be able to drop us off at a motel several miles away. This particular area of the airport where we were located wasn’t the easiest place to access via cab, so there’s no telling how long we would’ve been stuck out there had the driver not been able to pull through for us. That’s customer service that you just don’t see these days, no doubt. He mentioned that he’s been in business for 40+ years, and it definitely shows.
