The customer service was terrible ! Never have I ever been to a nail salon in which you try a color on three nails and was charged when you decided on another color ! I refused to pay the additional charges and the owner snatched my debit card out of my hand!
Do not go !!! BEWARE! !
I went in to get a full set, pedicure and eyebrows willing to pay over a hundred and fifty dollars for the services requested. It took over an HOUR to get a pedicure ! And the owner refused to stay later to finish the services requested. Never have I been to a nail salon when a customer comes in at 5:00 and have been waiting patiently get turned down. I advised then I will not be returning to that establishment to complete the task. The owner got upset and tried to over charge me for shellac paint that I did not have on. He tried to snatched by debit card out of my hand while discussing the price. One thing led to another the cops were called ! The police sided with me and I paid for the services rendered not the over charge. BEWARE THE 20% OFF IF NOT OFF THE SERVICES, IT’S 20% OFF THE PROFESSIONALISM! !
