I am rating this a 2 not because of the food but becasue of the customer service. We are a half a mile from their store and won’t deliver to us. The manager said we are NOT in their delivery range. Three hours earlier, they made a delivery to us. Also, over the past 5 years I would say JJ has delivered to us at least once a week. We are hairstylists and massage therapists so our time is limited. We even called their customer service and was told someone would call us back. It has been almost 2 weeks since we called and NO call back. We will NOT be ordering from JJ anymore. Our money will go elsewhere.

I’m giving them a great review for superb customer service and one delicious sub! For only $ 475 you get an 8 inch sandwich with loads of meat and veggies on it. The bread is especially fresh which they mentioned is never more than 2 hours old. They are never heated up and that is what a true sub is to me. Loved it!!!

Good spot, very fast, but they don’t have sweetener for the unsweet tea. They said its corporate policy. They haven’t had sweetener for a few months. I don’t get it? It’s pretty inconvenient for me to have to remember to bring Splenda so I can enjoy a tea at lunch that doesn’t have 200+ calories. What gives JJ?

Jimmy John’s has great sandwiches. But, perhaps because it’s tucked into a small location in downtown Greenville, this store doesn’t have as much to offer as others do. Only two kinds of bread French for subs and wheat for sandwiches.
The staff was nice and service was quick. If you’re in downtown Greenville for a while and want a sandwich, this not a bad option. But it isn’t a spot you would choose to go to otherwise.

Jimmy John’s is known for having fast delivery service, but I have never experienced this. It usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour for the food to be delivered. They also never actually cut the subs in half. If you are going to say you will deliver fast, you should stand by it.

This Jimmy John’s is literally a block away from where I work. I order once a week, or at least I used to. It is the slowest restaurant for just throwing stuff on bread. The last 3 times I ordered, it took over 30 minutes for them to get me my sandwich. When I lived in Clemson, it took an average of 8 minutes for my sandwich to arrive at my apartment, which was a mile away. The delivery service here is absolutely pathetic. DO NOT order from this Jimmy John’s if you want your food «freaky fast.» Order a pizza instead and get it faster.

Excellent subs… cool choices… fast friendly service… better than SubWay!
You know how they have about 2 people making the subs at SubWay? At Jimmy John’s they have about 8. Fast baby!
Tip: skip the usual chips and go for the huge pickle.
They are big on delivery, and you can’t beat Jimmy John’s for ordering food for your workplace meeting/meal.
Wondering where the cool fast food people work in Greenville, check this crew! This is hipster Jimmy John’s! It’s way cool mannn! In fact it’s cold, they keep the AC on «Antarctica». That would be the only negative.

Eating Jimmy John’s on the flight back home from Pinehurst, NC and Greenville, SC.
JJs is our favorite sandwich place in the whole wide world. 2 JJs in Greenville. Only 5 in all of California. Fun place with lots of great signs inside the store. I get JJBLT. Laura’s favorite is #12 Tom Turkey. As JJ says, we used hashtags before they became popular.

This Jimmy Johns location is in a great location, right in the heart of Greenville. It’s always packed but the staff does their best to keep up. Their sandwiches are worth the wait! Highly Recommend!
