I had enjoyed going to the bakery once i first found them, but each time i went in they were already out of muffins. They would open at 8:00 on Sundays and they would be out by 8:10. If they opened at 7:00 they would be out by 8:00. I think their idea is good, but they do not have the supply to meet the demand. There is also a pungent cigarette smell within the bakery itself, it’s a non-smoking establishment but it smells of cigarette smoke from either the back, or from the owner or their clothes. This is definitely a turn off for me. And the straw that broke the camels back for me was, I bit into a blueberry muffin that I had purchased on Saturday, and remained in the bag until Sunday, and I felt a hair within the muffin itself. The hair was approximately 6 – 8 inches long. I was definitely turned off, and will not go back. I decided to find recipes for the muffins that I liked to get from them and make them myself or I will buy them ahead of time and bring them up to the cottage.

«We had the Asiago Bagel(no option to toast or add cream cheese that I noticed) blueberry muffin, chocolate donut, apple cinnamon muffin all of which were quite good. Coffee was fresh and person behind the counter was cheerful. All in all it was a nice experience. I’m told that they are sporadic on when they have cookies but when the are open for cookie business they are excellent. The owners plan to expand into a café and that should be nice. I’ll be back! .
