About six months ago we had our main drain cleared of roots by this company due to backup. Once the job was completed, I was charged nearly double of what I was quoted. Today, Roto Rooter (who offers a one year guarantee on services) is doing the job that Kirkman’s was supposed to do 6 months ago. Usually, we only have to have the drain cleaned out once every year to year and half. Unfortunately, it is not always best to do business within your community.
