Best place for comics. They don’t try to sell cheesy merchandise. They stick to true comic book selling. Staff is always helpful & knowledgeable. I come from the NY /​NJ area where comic book stores have toys and all these other things that can distract you for the comics and I love how simple yet complete collection of just comics. Keep up the great work guys.

Feeling nostalgic, I thought I would write a review after visiting an atrocious comic book store called Big Planet in Washington, DC.
Nostalgia Newstand is a comic book store in the truest since of experience. From 2000 – 2008 I subscribed to comics at Nostalgia. The people that worked there were always pleasant and always helpful. They were able to talk about your likes and dislikes, and after you became a «regular» they were always able to sense the kinds of things that you would like even when you had no idea. I was a huge Michael Turner fan and if he did a cover, they would save me a copy to see if I was interested. I was not forced to buy, but usually did because that is some pretty amazing customer service.
They have an amazing amount of back issues in stock and all the people that work there are extremely knowledgeable! Visit this place if you are near Greenville.
