Pinnacle Property Management

Pinnacle manages a number of rental properties that I own in Greenville. Mike, the owner, has always done an excellent job managing the properties for me. He has worked for my family for about nine years now. He is always very responsive to my calls or emails and I know he is genuinely interested in making me happy as his customer (as an owner). I would highly recommend Mike and Pinnacle to anyone in the Greenville area who needs to rent out rental properties.

I have moved a lot. at least to several different states, and what feels like a billion different houses. This place has by far been the best… we rented a 2 bd 2 ba duplex out on Charles Blvd.
If something happened they were quick to fix it (although things rarely did happen.) Lilly (property manager) is a sweetheart, and absolute pleasure and has always been kind and understanding, you can tell she really cares and will do anything in her power to help make you as comfortable as possible.
We had a few personal problems and she was willing to work with us when it came to renting our place. I am sad to say we had to move, it was a cute, clean place, and the Lilly was extremely helpful.
this place is like no other renting company we have used, and I only wish we could have stayed in Greenville.
