Ron Ayers Motorsports

Looked on their website for the OEM part I needed, it was listed. I clicked on it an noticed a slightly different part number. I called to ask about the discrepancy. The CS rep stated the part I needed was superseded by the new part in the description. He stated I would get the correct part if I placed the order and there was no change in the price. I placed the order and get an email about a half hour later saying the price went up by more than 50%. When I contacted the sales manager I was told that’s just the way it is (paraphrasing). I cancelled the order and ordered the part from Partzilla. I will not shop Ron Ayers again

I haven’t been to this store in years and had to stop in recently to pick up an oil filter for my motorcycle. To my surprise they now have Zero Turn Mowers, Hustler and Toro I think, STIHL power equipment and even Traxxas Rc cars and even and RC car racetrack! Wow! They really do have everything. And the employees there were on their game. I think I got asked three times could I be helped and even had an employee escort and introduce me to Allen one of their parts guys for my oil filter. If anyone from the Greenville area has not checked out this place they should. These guys are awesome. And Allen had my oil filter in no time flat and even gave me some great ideas for some new accessories for my bike!

I have visited this store twice. NO ONE ASSISTED ME! I waited for an hour on my first visit, and an hour on my second visit. I sat on the bike, I sat at the counter, I told someone about the bike I was interested in. Big mistake, they would have sold a bike today. I will not return to this store again, and I will drive to Raleigh, which is twice as far as this place from my house. I have wasted enough time here.
Actually, I went to Rocky Mount, the folks at Twin County Motorsports took good care of me. I am now the proud owner of a Yamaha FZ8, and they were having a BBQ, so I got fed too. Thanks to poor service at one location, I got top-​notch service at a different location.
So… whether an honest mistake because people were «too busy», or maybe because I look too young to be taken seriously, they cost themselves nearly 10K in a sale that they blew.

I love their website. You can look up your motorcycle and they have these incredible diagrams that you can magnify to look at precisely the part that you need — and then pick it out and buy it along with the gaskets or whatever else goes along with it. The prices are reasonable and they ship so quickly! All my interactions with them have been very satisfying! Highly recommended!
