Attentive wait staff and hostess. The sun was shining in our eyes at our booth and they closed the blinds without me having to ask. I ordered the Carolina Chicken Salad. After two bites I noticed a hair attached to one of the chickens tenders that topped the salad(eeeek!) I returned the salad immediately and was not charged for it.

I came here on a Saturday late afternoon with my dad and my infant. Service was horrible, even when there were not a lot of people at the restaurant. Our waitress, who also say us, did not even offer a high chair or carrier for my infant, who was obviously in a car seat sleeping. I asked for a carrier, and she brought me a high chair. We sat down, and our table had crumbs on it. Immediately, the waitress asked if we wanted appetizers, without us even opening the menus. We ordered the Thai shrimp appetizer and it was gross. It did not taste fresh, like they had pre-cooked the shrimp and just drizzled sauce on top. The biscuits that are offered were cold. Our food finally came. I ordered the bacon cheddar cheeseburger. It was very salty. The fries that came with it were cold. My dad ordered the chicken mushroom Alfredo, which was mediocre. I’ve been to other Ruby Tuesdays and they’re good tasted much better than this, and much cleaner too.

Firstly, the sign is missing lighting, and its been like that for a while now. The food was average and very commercially sloppy. The soft drinks tasted terrible, like bad carbonated tap water. The air con was so cold, we tried to eat quickly just to get out of there! The only nice thing was the staff. They were friendly.

Our son and daughter-in-law gave us a $ 50.00 gift card for our anniversary. We finally decided to make the trip to Greenville and use it on Labor day 2014. The restaurant appeared clean and comfortable. It was staffed by college age kids which is no surprise as ECU is close by. The staff was professional and friendly. We ordered iced tea which was standard fare for eastern NC restaurants. We ordered the cheese fries appetizer with bacon bits separate, as my wife doesn’t eat them. They came to us as requested, which is less common than you might think. I thought the portion was small for the price and as compared to what we have had at other casual dinning spots. I ordered the asiago peppercorn sirloin which came with two sides. I chose salad bar and fries. I HATE gristle and excess fat on my meat and this steak had none of that. It was cooked well and delicious. In hindsight I could have done without the parmesan sauce it came with. The sauce was very good but for me it overwhelmed the meat’s taste a bit. I still really enjoyed it though. My wife had the baked ravioli. When the waitress brought it out my wife actually started laughing. There was this giant wide sided bowl with a few ravioli in it. It was like they were trying to serve a course at a fine dinning restaurant. Considering the portion size and absence of meat in the dish I think it was a bit pricey. As a matter of fact, the whole meal cost us close to $ 50.00. When you consider the type of restaurant it is, that one of us doesn’t eat meat, and that we didn’t order alcohol drinks, I think the prices are high. We also received an apology for the meals being slow to arrive from a young man I assume is the manager. We were not upset about that as the service was great otherwise. If you just want salad bar, go to Golden Corral. It has far more choices and it’s cheaper. Admitedly it is nowhere near as nice inside as RT. Bottom line is we enjoyed it. My only complaint was the portion size to price issue. Unfortunately that would cause me to seek out other options or rate them higher than I did.

The salad bar was well stocked and clean, and the service very friendly and efficient,(great suggestive selling skills, if you are a manager reading this). Loved the seasonal Sangria. The cajun style talapia was ok, but not the best. Did enjoy it.

Not bad for a chain restaurant. Fast and friendly service and Ruby Tuesday has some of the best food for a chain. The salad bar and sandwich options are good for lunch.

The salad bar was sort of a let down, the creamy mashed cauliflower was delicious! I would go back to get a lot more since it’s a side dish

For some reason, I always get great service here. They call me by name when I walk in the door. I get the Turkey Burger, I think it is good.

There’s only one reason this place is different than the look alikes(Chilis, TGIFs, Applebees etc.) and that’s for the endless salad bar. But you need to get there while it’s fresh or it can be a problem. Got there right after they opened so it was perfect PLUS they have put black beans back on the bar after they were taken away for awhile. Quality Of Service: How hard can it be waiting on someone who is serving themself and drinking water??? Waitress was snotty and it appeared I was interrupting her gossiping time. Felt guilty asking for a refill and for my check. Cleaniness: This location recently reopened after extensive renovations so things were ship-shape with new decour. Portion Size: DUH! It’s all you can eat so that’s a no brainer. Just the way I like it!
