A true running store operated by runners. These guys aren’t simply gophers to the stock room.
These folks will analyze your old shoes and look at your gait before selecting several pairs of shoes for you to try on.
The selection is extensive and even covers many Hoka One One models which can be hard to find.
Run In offers a military discount and a discount for local high school cross country runners!
Many of the staff run the numerous Run Bum Ultra races offered in the Appalachians nearby. They have a ton of knowledge about the mountain/​trail races offered in the area.
My daughter and I had an especially positive experience with Dane who was helping on the floor recently. He put my high schooler at ease and really helped steer her to some great shoes.
Please stop by Run In for a top notch experience and get yourself in the right shoes.

I haven’t run in my new shoes yet, but the people who fit here are clearly runners. I went in armed with the distance I had on my old shoes, the problems I had with them and the success I had with the old pair. The person who helped me seemed to have an idea what caused my problems and selected three pairs of shoes for me to try, based on what he saw in my stance as well as what I told him. He also said that if I had issues, bring them back and they’d have some tweaks they could do to the shoes. At this point, I’m pleased with the service I got. I’m sure I will return.
