Overall bad sprint store and very bad manager. Her name started with a; wait lets not be spiteful. hopefully the staff changes by the time you read this. Horrible sprint store. I am 3 year old sprint customer and i had called in advance to upgrade a line to an iphone 6 plus and they said they had 2 available, but when i get there they would not sell it to me(may have been preordered by another Person, but they told me they had 2 in stock). Also they would not allow me to trade in my old iphone 5 to help reduce the cost. Instead the money from the old phone can only go to accessories. Seriously, around 200 dollars for cases but none will be applied to the device, that is so crazy. I talked to manager and she said same thing. Went to another sprint store 40 minutes away and they had me taken care of within 15 minutes and provided me with the best customer experience of my life. They applied the credit to new device no questions asked. They have a much much better manager and staff. They treat people with respect and fairly. They actually try to save you money instead of this greenville blvd store that only wants to take your money. I am also not just trying to bash the store or staff. I know that the staff and managers have to meet quotas and make money, but for the customers that just want a simple upgrade it really should be much easier. Sprint also gets enough of our money from plans and devices. Also a solution you may be thinking of is upgrade somewhere else, but due to my plan i can only upgrade at sprint stores. Also upgrading online would not let me user the credit to pay for the phones.

I really reccomend going to the Sprint store over on Firetower. We’ve had sales reps here mislead us and end up costing us unnecessary money. How so? Well one of our phones had an issue and we had no idea that another Sprint store(and that store is also a repair location), was located on Firetower Road not far from Pitt Community College. We had called the customer service line earlier in the day and they told us we could go to a certified Sprint repair store if we had one in our town so we told them that we did not have one. We took the phone to the Sprint store on Greenville Blvd and the rep told us to call the phone insurance company and file a claim. So we did, ended up paying a $ 100 deductible. On down the line, my phone began experiencing similar problems so I called the customer service line to report it. The customer service rep informs me that there is a repair store in town and sends me to the Firetower location. I drop my phone off and ask the rep when I pay the deductible. He said I did not have to. I explain to him that the rep at this Sprint location told us to call the hotline and did not even mention the Firetower location. I was told by the rep at Firetower that this location doesn’t like sending people to their store because their sales are higher so they’ll refer people to the insurance claims line. So in summary, we spent $ 100 we did not need to and did not really have to spend but my husband needed his phone. After that experience, we’ve decided to drive across town and avoid this location. The reps at Firetower are upfront and very helpful. I highly suggest people to go to that location.
