We dealt with this store when trying to decide if we wanted to switch from Verizon. Sprint had the new iPhones and was offering to pay off our Verizon contract. We waited for close to an hour. We worked with Cameron, who completely lied to us. He told us our bill would be $ 170 + tax for our first month. He obviously was only concerned with getting his commission, which is sickening. We were given our phones, which sprint didn’t even take the time to activate for us. I had to talk to 4 different people using a free phone app, which if you’ve ever used that app, you know how frustrating it is. After several hours, we finally got service(if you call it that). Sprint will tell you that you’re in the«Prime» area for their reception. What they don’t tell you is that you only get 3G in 99% of these so called prime locations. You can talk, but forget watching a video unless you’re on wifi. We were charged almost $ 300. Now, we’re dealing with sprint’s customer service. After talking with over 5 people, including several supervisors, we were«out of luck,» with each person. Each one would transfer us around, put us on hold, hang up, etc. No one actually answered any of our questions or addressed our issues. Needless to say, we dealt with a thief and a bunch of idiots. There is no known way to contact with corporate, per sprint customer service. So if you’re unhappy, there’s apparently nothing you can do about it. Counting down 19 more months until we go back to Verizon, if not sooner. If you value ethics and quality service, stay away from this company and this store. It’s a scam.

Been a long time Sprint customer since 2000. Had few hours to spend, so stopped by here checking out new phones and various plans. Great service and help.

I ordered my upgraded phone on line… had no idea how to even turn it on(it’s my very 1st IPhone)…my daughter knowing she could not instruct me on how to synk my old phone with the new one over the phone suggested I just take it into the local sprint store and have them do it. I took it to the Sprint Store on 29 in Spartanburg, told the young man in there what I needed, he explained to me that he really didn’t know to synk the 2 phones. I then asked him if he could get someone else in the store to help him, he said«oh they don’t know how to do it either» …the look on my face must have said it all… but just in case it didn’t…I just said«You really need to take that shirt off»…The next day I took my phone to the G’ville store and recieved great svc, my phone was synked, the store had great music and the ppl in the store were extra friendly, Great Job Bob(floor manager) I love my new phone now

We were visiting from GA when my girlfriend had a problem with her phone. So we stopped in before heading back to GA. The staff was super nice & really went out of there way to try and fix the issue. Would stop in again given the chance.
