My visit today was beyond disappointing. I have been a loyal VS customer for years– so loyal that I should have stock. Today I went in just to pick up a few new pair of basic panties. However, all of the sizes and styles were mixed together and two of the girls complained to the customers that it was just «too hard to organize stuff and help customers and we get paid commission so it’s too hard to do both.» After 30+ minutes I found some suitable and comfy to wear to work. I haven’t yet received MY commission, and I’m not really sure how these ladies are gonna cope in «the real world» after they graduate college as they were saying they’re about to do. Pretty pathetic customer service.

They have great customer service! Nicki helped me tremendously. She measured me, and then picked out a few things for me. All I had to do was try them on!
