Under-cooked chicken, poor customer service, high prices and long wait times. Save yourself the aggravation and stay away from Bruckners.

I’m rating this place 2stars because I’ve had an «ok» sandwich from here the first time I ordered. I took a walk to get a sandwich today around 12:20pm. I’m not one to complain but today my sandwich was awful. I got a «create my own» sandwich with Chicken cutlet, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, and bacon on a baguette. Pretty standard sandwich right? It was missing cheese, and ketchup making my sandwich extremely dry. The chicken cutlet wasn’t fresh and meaty at all either. Seemed like they had a bad day, the ladies who take orders seemed frazzled as the shop(owner or supervisor) continued to raise his voice at them. MAYBESHEMISSEDDETAILSBECAUSESHEWASUNCOLLECTED?! Who knows I won’t be dinning again. Pro’s: Create your own Fairly quick Order in for pickup Con’s: Small sandwiches(even their biggest form) No attention to detail Frazzled staff

Best lunch spot in Greenwich! Huge fan of Bruckners for their fresh, organic, creative lunch options. Staff is friendly and fast to deliver your order. Sick of the traditional deli sandwich? Bruckners has a wide range of sandwiches with fresh artisanal bake bread, range-fed meats and healthy get tasty toppings. Also can never go wrong with their wraps and salads! Now a days I almost always order from their daily specials menu and especially don’t miss out if the tuna sandwich or pulled pork are on the menu. Keep up the great work!

Fresh and tasty. My favorites are the sunburger, roasted thai chicken wrap and the trader sandwich. Staff is super nice and friendly. I was a little disappointed when they raised their prices about a year ago, though.

Came her today based on Unilocal reviews. I was very disappointed. I ordered a hot Barcelona sandwich wrap and fries. I decided to eat there… glad I did. The sandwich wrap had been cooked on the same grill as fish — and it took a few minutes to identify the stinky scent on my roast beef as salmon oil. Yech. They were kind enough to replace it, and actually knew what had happened. No interest in whether or not the replacement was to my liking, though. Not going back.

i agree with the reviewer who wondered why this place doesn’t have more reviews. It’s definitely a decent place. I had the cos cob sandwich and all the ingredients were fresh and tasty. My daughter had a veggie sandwich she said was quite good(which is saying a lot from that picky eater). The hot dog and hamburger son and hubby had were nothing to write home(or Unilocal) about, but I think that the wide variety of sandwiches are more their forte. The person taking orders at the counter was pleasant and efficient and the wait was not long for each of our orders to be freshly prepared. There are a few tables and chairs where you can eat-in, but most people use this as a take-out(also phone order) place. We just needed a quick bite to eat on our drive from VA to Maine that had good veggie options for our daughter and this placed filled the bill. If you ever go here, definitely save room for the gelato up the street at La Fenice. OMG.(See review)

Finally got here after 2 years of living in Greenwich. I was bowled over by their beef with barley soup. Hands down the BEST soup I have ever eaten. Too bad it is not a nice sit-down place, or I’d come more often. But for take out, it is a little known ‘gem’ right off Greenwich Avenue. I will definitely be back.

I have been going here for over four years. It is by far the best sandwich place in Greenwich. Fresh, healthy, tasty and reasonably priced. Surprised there are not more reviews on here. Bruckner’s is the best.

I stopped in here for a little salad. It was nothing fancy but it was pretty tasty.

Consistently a great sandwich. They have tons to choose from, haven’t had anything bad yet. Everything is fresh, made well, and tastes great.

This place is AMAZING when it comes to quality of food and selection. Skip, the owner, gives excellent customer service, and he has a very pleasant staff. They have a creative and huge selection that’s vegetarian or vegan friendly, but they have plenty to offer for meat-eaters as well. Wonderful place, and I always look forward to ordering from there!

A small little deli off a quaint little street. At first glance, Bruckner’s looks like any other deli. However, if you examine their menu, you’ll see that that they have at least 84 different sandwiches to choose from, including some very creative combinations. You can tell Bruckner’s takes time to experiment with different food ideas. I had the Spicy Romero — cajun grilled chicken with romaine lettuce, avocado, tomato and spicy mayo. A satisfying lunch, but I think I’ll go for a hot sandwich next time. Bruckner’s is also great for vegetarians and vegans. review 3÷11÷2008 I.M.Y.
