stay away! they sold me a total lemon — I paid about $ 300 for a used apple that they said had no problems except being a little bit older. Computer worked fine for about a year and then ironically at exactly 13 months, the battery died and they told me I would have to pay $ 600 to replace it! I had previously done business with them and was outraged that they would ask this– they were completely unsympathetic. I received wonderful service and a follow up call after my data recovery. Lost all my projects I have been working on for the past two years, and the Computer SuperCenter managed to recover them for me in about a week. Life savers!

The absolute WORST repair service I have ever received. I brought in a three year old IBM laptop to see if it could be repaired for one of my kids. I was told that they would do a diagnostic and let me know what needed to be done. When I went into the store to pick it up, I was informed that the test cost $ 200 and that the laptop needed a new motherboard which would be an additional $ 150. When I mentioned that the diagnostic was a little steep for a laptop that was maybe worth $ 500, they agreed to waive the labor cost, so I agreed to the repair. When I picked it up, I was presented with a bill for $ 500 because there were«other things» that the test hadn’t picked up. When I sugested that the«test» was really designed to keep the customer on the hook, the manager became annoyed and told me I could either pay or they would keep the laptop. I told him fine, since it was probably not worth the repair bill, at which point he became rude as I left. Final irony — my business actually used this company as a consultant, so when I got back to the office I called to cancel my contract with them. Final, final irony — I replaced them with a consultant who charged me about 30% of what CS did, and told me they a his best source of business.

Best damn computer store ever! Period. Every person there is super center friendly and very knowledgable when it comes to computers and hardware. I highly recommend this store. Great pricing too.
