One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Somehow made me feel ignored and ridiculed at the same time. Too bad for them that every single service they offer can easily be found elsewhere. Honestly an insult to our town that they find it acceptable to have this awful place downtown. Will never put another dollar in their register, or in any Kinko’s/FedEx, until this monstrosity is rectified.

I went to the FedEx store and waited at the counter while the store employee did other things for approximately 5 minutes. I am a woman. Then another woman walked into the store looked at what the employee was doing as he proceeded to ignore us. After a few minutes a man walked into the store. The employee immediately stopped what he was doing and went to the man to ask if he could help. I said that I was there first. The employee looked at me dismissively and then turned back to the man customer to help him first. It wasn’t until the male customer told the employee that he could help me that I got attention. I was given a form and ignored while the employee helped the male customer and another man who came in later before returning to me. When I called to talk to a manager about this I was refused an opportunity to speak to the manager.

I’ve been using this store recently. I find the location is very convenient with off street parking right outside the premises. The staff seem polite, helpful and attentive.

Customer service here is a real problem. If I walk in and there is a long line at fedex let me know you’ll be with me. If I have to wait five minutes and see employees walking around in the back they should come help or manage people better.

I’m a regular FedEx user and the store is a joke. The manager of the store is completely unreasonable. He’s rude he’s inefficient and he doesn’t know how the store works. This is really sad as the employees here tend to be pretty cool.

Wow. This place was a mess yesterday. It made me want to call FedEx and tell them to get someone from corporate to teach the people who work there what they should know already. So, I hope this does the job. I needed help at a copier and they just relied on reimbursing me instead of helping. Also, multiple people were having issues making prints. There was a customer behind the counter deleting her own files off the FedEx computer. Very disorganized/​dysfunctional. 53 cents for copies that are 6⁄10. Sorry for all the bad.
