Great store! Wonderful products and helpful staff. Everytime we go we have a positive experience. We enjoyed working with Eesha on our past visit. She walked around with us, answered all our questions, and even suggested items she thought my baby would enjoy.

When I first became pregnant, I registered at Giggle. They had such a cute display and I loved the boutique feel. I ended up also registering at another big baby store since Giggle didn’t carry many items in the store(due to the small size of the store) and as a new mom, you just want to get a feel for things — test out that new stroller, feel the fabric of bedding, etc. I did that more out of necessity but still preferred shopping at Giggle. Fast forward several months. I purchased several nursery items and baby products at Giggle. I was so excited when I got the basinet that I installed it right away, while still pregnant. Unfortunately, my little guy did not come home right away and was in the NICU for several weeks. When we finally got home, he was too long for the basinet. After we got settled in at home, I went into the store and asked about returning it. The woman in the store said to me — sorry, even though it has not been used, you can’t return it. It’s been more than 3 months.(I guess shopping for things when you are pregnant is not the way you should do things, according to Giggle…). I explained — but he was in the hospital. Sorry — was the answer. I was frustrated and annoyed to say the least. Other products that he did not get to use were easily exchanged and returned at the other store I registered at. No questions and no issues. I called customer service and after getting the same answer from a sales associate, I asked to speak with a manager. Andrew(a really nice guy!) told me that he will call the store and instruct them to take the basinet back. Great. Problem solved, right? Not so much. I went in and returned the basinet. In its place, I purchased a few other things including a steamer/mixer for my now 4 months old, in anticipation of starting solids soon. I took it out of the box, placed it on my counter and realized its too big. Repacked it and took it back(a week or so later). As soon as I walked in, the same sales associate who did not want to take back the basinet could be heard whispering to the other sales associate — don’t deal with her. I’ll handle her(as if I am a problem customer). She began inspecting the item as if I had been using it for a year and then attempting to take it back. She asked me a ton of questions to make sure I included all the pieces and did not use it. I was getting annoyed but let it go. I put something on the counter that I intended to purchase and I said to her, I will start looking around while you process this return to see what else I want to buy instead — and I think I got a coupon from you guys for Valentine’s day so I’d like to use it if that’s ok. As I walked around(the completely empty store as this was around 1:30 in the afternoon on a weekday), I got a call so I was on the phone looking at other items when the sales associate begins asking me «do you have that coupon?» over and over again, completely ignoring the fact that I am on the phone and also not done shopping! What? I gestured to her to give me a minute and that I am on the phone. She continued to ask me 4 – 5 times for that coupon, trying to process my new purchase and pretty much run me out of the store. After a few minutes of this, I got off the phone, paid for my purchase and left, not without a sarcastic Thank you! from her. How very insulting, rude and absolutely horrible experience. I must say, I called customer service and spoke with Andrew once again on the phone and explained to him how I felt. I told him I don’t want to go back into that store ever again. He reversed the credit I still had with them to my credit card. While I appreciate the attempt to resolve my issue, I still feel very upset at the whole thing. That will be my last dealing with that store(or any other giggle store for that matter). Better luck elsewhere.

This is another outpost of the popular line of baby stores. The first one I visited was in SoHo and it was tiny. This location is spacious, and taken over the spot that previously housed Candy Nichols. The staff is friendly and helpful. Like all the other stores, there is «stroller parking» inside the front of the store. It’s a perfect place to go if you need a gift for a baby or toddler. They have a huge selection of strollers, clothing, bedding. everything you’d ever need or want. They have lots of organic products, feeding items, & the cutest toys. Everything is relatively high end. Nothing is cheap, but all of it is good quality. Wonderful store with a huge selection. Even if you don’t have kids, it’s a great spot for gifts or just fun to browse around.(Unless you are completely turned off by babies & all things baby related!)
