I went into this shop asking to be shown plain, unstained frames, which I felt would meet the aesthetic needs of a particular art work. The manager was very rude to me in responding to me that «we do not make any money selling unstained frames,» and refused to help me. Does this mean I should purchase a frame that does not meet my needs? I recommend that you look to another frame shop for services in Greenwich.

I have been working with this company for many years now and am consistently impressed with their creativity and professionalism. They created a beautiful shadow box containing memorabilia commemorating my mother’s life — I am so grateful for their staff’s talent and dedication.
