This office is too busy for its own good. They called me to fill a cancelled open slot they had which I accepted via leaving a message for them only to find out that they call several people at once to take appointments and since I didn’t hear back the appointment wasn’t really mine. The issue I have was how they dealt with the error, not once did they check to see if they could fit my daughter in (I live in a different state and was already in route to the appointment I thought I had). I understand mistakes happen but typically an office will do whatever it takes to accommodate a patient, especially a child, given the circumstances. This office did absolutely nothing. I ended up taking my son and daughters records and will go elsewhere.

Kids are relaxed and happy coming here. Staff are well trained and the dentists top of the class.
