The food is consistently good. They make an effort to keep it interesting and a lot of the daily entrees are a little more «upscale» than you would usually get in a deli. The staff is very friendly and attentive. My only complaint is they are a little expensive on the every day deli stuff like a grilled cheese or an egg sandwich. But not so much that it would stop me from coming back.

this place is hands down 5 stars to me.
i have been here plenty and have enjoyed everything. another place in greenwich i feel doesn’t get enough credit. it’s not all fancy pance, high dollar, but –quality– food, fairly priced.
some of my favorites are the american classic breakfast (2 eggs, bacon, home fries, toast), BLT, and california grilled chicken wrap with avocado, pepperjack cheese and sun dried tomatoes.
everything is just cooked RIGHT, with the right ingredients, and prepared properly.

Sausage, egg, and cheese on an english muffin. BEST breakfast sandwich I have ever consumed in my entire life. The english muffins are so fresh and perfect, I don’t know what they do differently here but these breakfast sandwiches are to die for.

Great egg sandwich that completely hits the spot. I ordered a simple egg and cheese on a roll, my partner ordered a bacon, egg, cheese, and homefries on a roll. We were both finished in less than 2 minutes.
Th great part about Stateline is that the staff is super friendly and I love the selection of sandwiches and salads they have available. While I am a fan of fine and fancy fare, a solid deli always hits the spot. Very happy I recently moved close by, now I’ll be there on the regular!

I come here every so often to grab a sandwich on my lunch break. The sandwiches are really good. I always call ahead so my order is ready because it can get really busy in there. My order is always ready to go when I arrive. The owner is a really nice lady and she always remembers my name which I appreciate. Some of my co workers tell me im nuts to go there because it’s «overpriced» compared to other delis the same distance away– I don’t care, I like the people who work there. They’re kind and show they appreciate my business– unlike other delis in the area. I’m happy to pay a dollar or two extra to people who are happy to make your lunch!
