After hours of researching the Internet and almost pulling my hair out And calling my 3rd travel agent (one wasn’t following up and one didn’t know the Cancun area) I found Jim Dalton. He took my call (yes he actually answered) and within a few hours of speaking we had everything we wanted and within our budget. He was knowledgeable about the Cancun area and was very helpful. We were planning a trip for our family and had specific needs because of small children and older children (basically wanting a condo with the resort feel). I will try to update after the trip, but I would definitely work with Jim again. I have no idea why I waited so many years to work with an agent.

WORST TRAVEL AGENCY. Faye Jackson and her coworker Lisa were entirely unprofessional. Not only did they charge my credit card twice for one ticket but then didn’t even have the decency to apologize. I had to fix the error myself and then they gave me a high school attitude about their error. Take your business elsewhere.
