So i have been to multiple Jersey Mike’s in Colorado, in Arizona and this has been the best store out of them all! I’m from New York and i haven’t had a decent sub in two years. till now. Everything was so fresh I got the #7 it was loaded with turkey cheese and of course the Mikes way! And the staff was friendly they even gave me a compliment, and it was spotless ! Thank you for making my day great and my belly full!

This place gets its 1 star only because the sandwiches are very yummy and we had a good laugh watching the 2 employees. Negative 5 stars for the service which is completely laughable! I had heard great things about this place so of course I had to try it! The first time we tried to go in, the guy inside told us they were closed, but it was about 10 minutes until their stated closing time. We left, then he came running out saying«never mind, we are still open…» Um… okay. We just drove away. The next time, the service was so bad, we thought someone was going to jump out and tell us we were on some sort of reality TV show(remember Candid Camera?). These guys could not get it together to complete any request. I ordered the veggie sandwich and they asked if I wanted the veggies. The customers in front of us, seemingly foreign, were unable to grasp the fact that a «cold sandwich» could not be put on the grill to be made hot because it was«against company policy» to which the employees should have revealed to them that there was also a hot turkey sandwich. I watched in amazement at the sheer amount of turmoil and befuddlement that could come about from the seeming simple art of sandwich making. The disheveled bloody gauze wrapping on the one guy’s finger made us sure we would never come back, but who wouldn’t try chopping their finger off in this place.

We’ve ordered out many times from here and I have to say I was taken back on how good their meatball and steak and cheese are. Nothing is fresh all frozen or canned but truly tasty. So if you just need a quick warm sub that tastes good on the lower scale of price we recommend.

this place is horrible. placed an online order for a sub, so i go in to get my sandwich and the dumbfounded employee looks stumped. my sub was not even made, she made some lame excuse as to why my sandwich wasn’t ready. she made no attempt to make my sandwich, after her fumbling around for 5 minutes, i walked out in disgust. she couldn’t even refund me my money. the next day i called the manager, he could’ve cared less too, no i’am sorry, come in your next sub is on us… nothing. this place sucks and i’d avoid it. jimmy johns is a million times better.

You want a hearty, deli style sandwich with fresh sliced meats in the DTC? — Hit up Jersey’s. My favorite is the Italian, Mike’s way. Some of the hot subs are surprisingly good too. They recently gutted their staff and things are running much more efficiently there now as well. Kuddos to the owner for recognizing the issue there.

Worst jersey mikes I’ve ever been to regarding customer service. This chain of restaurant is great and makes phenomenal sandwiches. with the right employees. Customer service is awful. It takes forever to get a sandwich and usually ends up being wrong, I was even told by the cashier I should leave a tip. Are you kidding me? They try to ignore you as long as possible, the place is dirty, the attitude of the employees sucks, its just a bad store. Wont be returning to this one.

Tried for my first time this past Monday afternoon. Pretty basic selections for toppings. Shredded iceburg lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion and jalapenos. And no cheddar cheese… I do like that they offer a mini sandwich which was what I got and was a perfect size. It does not seem that mini to me. I also like the bread. The one thing I did not like was only one person was working there and 4 different customers came in at the same time and I was the first one to walk in. He asked me what sandwich I wanted and then proceeded to go down the line to each customer and ask them, even though we were not together. So I had to want for him to get their breads, meats and cheeses ready. I had my 1 and 4 year old with me so I personally don’t like that service is done that way.

Great sandwich, S-L-O-W service. With only four people in front of me it took 15 minutes to get a sub in my hand. Their assembly process is terribly inefficient. One slicer, one(slow) dresser, cashier. No sense of urgency. If you have a lunch«hour» forget it. Tables were all dirty, no one was bussing tables. There was no sweetener ATALL for the tea, just sugar. Bad for diabetics. The sub was wonderful! Fresh sliced meat and cheese. Fresh bread. And I actually enjoyed the«too much lettuce» and«too much oil and vinegar». Perfect for my taste. Even the tomatoes were good!(Something Subway can NEVER get right!) Worth the wait if you have the time. Service –1 star /Food — 5 stars = 3 stars

We are new to the area and wanted a sandwich so we decided to try Jersey Mikes. When ordering, no one ever asked me what size sandwiches I wanted– which in the end left my husband starving. The sandwiches were good– I would definitely have another. I then had to find time to squeeze in my salad order– which seemed like a huge inconvenience to the girl who was cooking the chicken. This salad was the WORST thing I have ever seen. I ordered a chicken caesar and instead got bagged– shredded lettuce with vinaigrette dressing and hot chicken. It was the most embarrassing salad ever. Caesar is supposed to be made with nice hearty lettuce with the spine intact– not crappy shredded lettuce that taco bell would use on your burrito. Not to mention it cost me almost $ 7.00. We will go back for sandwiches but never for salad.

I have been to multiple Jersey Mike’s Sub shops and love the food! However, this location has something to be desired. When you walk in, no one greets you. You just get stared at and this includes the one guy that is in charge of the grill. He stands by the cashier until someone tells him there is something to be cooked. I have been here on two occasions. The first time they messed up my order but I was so hungry I didn’t care. The second time, the creepy guy that is in charge of the grill slapped my Philly Cheesesteak sub together like it was cafeteria food. When I got home, the entire thing fell apart. Like I said, I love the food but the service is subpar. I’m going to give this place one more shot. Hopefully, the experience will come out better. I’m crossing my fingers.

Begin Rant: Ok, I’m a sub-acholic. I have a problem. This is not a fast sub shop if you are trying to just grab a sandwich and get back to the grind. The staff is friendly, except for the ones who are getting as impatient as I am. They do use what appears to be quality meats and cheeses and it is sliced fresh. That gets at least three stars, but alas only two stars. There are a total of 5 employees working this line(all competent) but the management’s choice of having one person slice and take your order, one person dress the 5 – 10 sandwiches that are piling up, one person just waiting there with gloves on standing with a smirk on their face saying«i just scored a job doing nothing while I watch all these fools stress out over the line going out the door», then the cashier. The cashier could easily slide gloves on and off to roll the sandwiches in the paper bags and ring up customers, while the person bagging the sandwiches held down the latter part of the cutting board that they dress the sandwiches on(Management: that means buying a bigger cutting board: gasp!) I’m done paying almost $ 10 for a really good sandwich that takes me 30+ minutes to get in the DTC for. The employees are great but three people need to dress the sandwiches at least during the lunch rush.

Pretty darn amazing sub. As luck would have it I happened in on $ 2 sub day as it was a charity event. Location is very close to a high school so imagine it can get quite busy. Staff was super friendly, fast and again a very good sandwich.

Not blown away or overly impressed with this place or the sub. Came in on a Sunday and the Girl behind the bar didn’t even greet me or offer any suggestions. I got an original Italian done the Mike’s Way. The whole wheat bread is good but not a fan at all of the big clump of shreaded iceberg on my sandwich. Seemed rather tasteless. For the price, it’s not all that. I may have to try a hot sandwich next time if I can talk myself into it.

I love mikes had them in NC where I’m from. the service was pretty good at this one and the food as always was very good. the price however still leaves something to be desired for. at 13 $ after tax on average for a 14″ sub its good but at 13 $ it isn’t really fast food any more.

Jersey Mike’s is, hands down, my favorite place to eat. I can easily eat Jersey Mike’s multiple times a week. The club sub, club supreme, turkey and provolone, cheesesteak, chipotle cheesesteak, buffalo chicken. There aren’t too many subs I haven’t eaten here! While the food is excellent, what keeps me coming back to this location is the staff. The store manager and all personnel are fun, engaging, friendly and quick. I know it’s not just because I’m in there so often that they now recognize me — they treat each customer with the same respect.

Jimmy John’s, Jersey Mike’s would like to challenge you to a better bread competition. You see, I would go to Jimmy John’s just to smell the bread. But, after seeing Jersey Mike’s featured on the Food Network or Travel Channel, I really wanted to try one of these fresh made subs. And, their bread while not having the little bit of crunch of Jimmy John’s is just as damn tasty. You walk in and it appears to be a deli with a little deli counter, a couple of slicers, and a few people putting together the sammiches. They cut up the meat to order, so it takes a bit longer to get your sandwhich here. That’s cool by me though. Get it Mike’s Way with everything: onion, tomatoes, lettuce, vinegar and oil and a dash of herbs and seasoning. The Jersey Shore Favorite was really quite tasty. It’s a bit of a drive from my work to here, but I’ll definitely be making the drive quite a bit more.

It’s a chain, but I digress. I like Jersey Mike’s. When I’ve asked about what’s good, they told me they made their name with 1) cheesesteak subs(Famous Philly, etc) and 2) Italian-style meat subs(Jersey Shore’s Favorite, etc). I vote for the cold subs. Their blend of lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil and spices(Mike’s Way, includes onions) is really good. The Original Italian is great, the Jersey Shore good if you want it a little smaller. The warm ones are ok, but there are much better places to get a Philly-style sub. I’m guessing their rep was more due to the cold ones and the accoutrement. Solid, consistent, friendly place for a sub. It’s in the old Quiznos space in the strip mall(near where Bourbon Street used to be… but I’m just waxing nostalgic).

I love this place. I work at a hotel right down the street so they came in and brought free sub coupons, with a $ 1 donation to a charity. I decided to check it out because a coworker had been to one of their other locations and loves them. I went the night of their grand opening and got the Chipotle Cheesesteak per the recommendation of the staff and I was immediately hooked. The meat and veggies are cooked fresh on a flat top grill like a real cheesesteak. I will say that some other hot sandwiches like the Chicken Parm are heated in a microwave-type device which is not as fresh tasting but they are still decent. Their cold subs are amazing as well, with the meat and cheese being sliced right in front of you. Mike’s way includes lettuce, onion, tomato, oil, vinegar, and spices. Sometimes it looks like they are putting a lot of oil and vinegar but when you eat the sub it provides the perfect amount of flavor and juiciness to bring the sub together. You can always customize though, so if you like less oil and vinegar or don’t want all the toppings then just say so. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and always willing to make recommendations. I live right down the street(ten minute walk) so I go here as often as possible and have never been disappointed.

I love East Coast sandwiches period. I personally think Jersey Mike’s does em the best! I tried this location recently and I have nothing but good things to say about the quality of food and service here. The meat, bread, cheese and veggies were all fresh and cut and made just to my liking. Very friendly and fast service that provided anything that I asked for. My recommendation: The Original Italian and get it «Mike’s Way» Wow just writing this review is making my mouth water :)
