I would avoid Dr Menachof at all costs. I am a new patient with Dr Menachof and I have not had a positive experience with him yet. My apointment was scheduled at 7:40 am, but I sat in a patient room for an hour before I went out to find him and let him know that I needed to go to work so he needed to see me. Once he finally came to the room, since he is an Ear Nose and Throat doctor he naturally looked in my nose as an initial consulation to examine my sinus issues and he gave me a quick run down on the issues and let me know I needed surgery. He then sent me a bill for $ 450 which $ 250 was covered by insurance and the rest was mine to take care of. I have contacted his office 5 times over about a month span to discuss the issue, I leave a voicemail every time and they refuse to call me back. I have found out from my insurance that they are charging me for an outpatient procedure when he just looked in my nose, which is what he is supposed to do as an ENT. Again, I would save yourself the trouble and avoid Dr Menachof at all costs and find yourself another ENT.

Literally ruined my face. They had a new technician working unsupervised. I had laser treatment and now have permanent skin damage. Their ONLY solution was to refund my money and offer more laser treatment. DO NOT GO HERE! You will be sorry!

I came in for IPL to treat hyperpigmentation from too much sun — they said I would have much better results if I did a month on the Obagi skincare line. I was a bit hesitant because Obagi products are pretty expensive, but… OMG, that stuff was MAGIC!!! I have struggled with acne most of my life, and after a month I had almost NO breakouts! I will NEVER stop using Obagi products. PLUS, the IPL treatments really worked on the stubborn brown spots, now my skin is close to flawless. I think everyone working at this office is very kind, knowledgeable and professional, and I would recommend them highly!

Dr. Menachof and his staff are the legitimate cream of the crop: kind, considerate, patient and generous with their time. Dr. Menachof himself is unpretentious, extremely (EXTREMELY) skilled (and comes highly recommended by other surgeons as well as patients and periodicals) and again, VERY generous with his time.
I’ve had an IPL treatment here (born and raised in Hawaii, hi irregular pigmentation) and the woman administering the laser was just SO great. I was nervous, mainly because I’m a gigantic baby where pain is concerned, but she made sure I was numbed sufficiently and all the while took great pains to explain just what I should expect. It was, of course, nowhere near as bad as I’d envisioned it in my mind. And she was such a professional!
Botox, dysport, restylane — they offer all of that here. Prices are competitive.
Ginger is also great, as is the well-​mannered and thoroughly welcoming front-​desk lady (Brenda?).
What a high quality operation!
