Due to two storm surges/​lightening strikes this past summer, we have had to repair our aging air conditioner twice. ROBERT has been our serviceman and has been out several times for diagnostic and repair. I value someone who has good customer service skills, doesn’t hard-​sell, and educates me on maintenance and choices for replacement/​repair while keeping my budget in mind. Robert exceeded my expectations in a service person. While our 19 yr old unit will need replacing soon, he, along with prior A & D service people we’ve had out for repairs and maintenance, has kept it working safely and efficiently. And bonus– person who takes the calls, Kathy, was also very helpful and courteous!

Thanks to these guys, our air conditioner is running better than it has in two years! Great customer service, and the rates are great! There are a lot of dishonest companies that will try to scam you, but A&D is not one of them! I was impressed with the level of professionalism they showed. Thank you Tyler and A&D Heating and Cooling for a great experience!
