The employees were coughing the whole time which made me extremely paranoid as I do not want to get sick. Then, they charged me $ 20 at the end for having me soak off shellac on my hands and feet. The outcome was so-​so; not worth a second visit.

I had recently got my nails done in Atlanta Georgia. I got the SNS NAILS. and I came back home to indiana looking for a place that did the SNS NAILS. I chose A PLUS NAILS. and they did an awesome job. I am so happy and they look and feel great.

I’ve been coming here for years. I love all of the original workers, but lately they’ve added some new people that may just not be as experienced as the people that have been working here for a while. The quality of my pedicures has definitely been going down in the past year or so.

They made me feel like a circus freak! I have psoriasis on my calves and elbows. It is not bleeding, just not attractive. The young woman (they are all Vietnamese) who approached me, pointed to my legs and said «NO MASSAGE on LEG» and I said «why?, it is just psoriasis. It’s not contagious, and you wear gloves when you work» and she kept shaking her head and looked about to vomit if she touched me. So the manager got involved. I said out loud «does anyone in this place speak fluent english?» (I wanted to explain what psoriasis is) She said «NO MASSAGE». Then the younger girl went to the back and had this man come out and do my toes. He explained to me in broken English that she didn’t want to touch me!!! I should have just walked out but I had a gift cert for a mani-​pedi worth $ 35 and they do not reimburse for those. So HE did my toes but he didn’t even rub my FEET where there are NO scars. So then he did my manicure too. I have clear hands. He didn’t even massage my hands. That is a big part of getting a manicure. He looked at the manager then me and said «I can no massage» They were all speaking Vietnamese to each other. Customers were all looking at me. They were very rude. I told the manager on the way out I would never come back. And I told her she’d be hearing from my attorney. She just said «ok». I have never been treated like that in my life.

I’ve been coming here for years to get my nails done. They discount to their loyal customers. They do a great job. Never had any issues with infections or fungus. Very clean
