Everytime I order from here it’s messed up, and they NEVER make it right, so I have to pay for food I don’t even WANT. Never ever am I coming back to this location and I live 2 minutes away, I would rather spend the gas money and go somewhere they won’t mess up, they are very very rude as well. I do not suggest this location.

They are always busy on Sunday’s after church. As normal always a wait but the wait is normal. I am a patient man but do get tired of listening to people that tell time and listen to the complaining that after standing for 5 min they believe they been there an hour. Otherwise wait is normal except for the entertainment of the OWA crowd. Food is always hot and good, for a chain restaurant with stores all over North America. The waitress do what they can when the kitchen is working well. I can not demerit them at all. My complaint is in the management of the store. One manager in point is named Steve. Mustache that fits his attitude towards others as well as his terrible attitude towards his employees. His lack of leadership skills as well as lack for common decency is a cause that the company should require better training or removal of said individuals. He causes so must rift between the wait staff and others it is evident in his posture. Hey Bob Evans, if you read these blog from your customers… relationships with customers and also your clients of within(hence your employees) should be a professional atomsphere.

This isn’t my first choice of place to eat for breakfast, but they have pretty good food! The service here is different the times we’ve been here. Sometimes they are great and friendly here other times they’re slow and don’t speak much. Long story short they are o.k.

Not the best location that I have been to. To me it seems that the portions are getting smaller and the price is either the same or higher. I ordered the western omelet, toast, bacon, and hash browns. The food tasted good and was cooked well, but the omelet seemed a little on the small side. The bacon was cooked the way I like it and the toast was loaded with butter which makes me happy. The hash browns were a smaller portion then what I remember. Our server was pretty good, but I never did get a drink refill… but other than that she was fine. $ 28 for two people seems a little steep, especially when I spend that or less at Denny’s and get more food. I don’t know how I feel about their remodel. Its nothing special but it is an upgrade from what they used to look like. The Christmas décor was a little overkill in my opinion with«presents» lining the entire ceiling.

I was said to see that the quality of good customer service has been lost at this location. While the interior is fresh and clean the specific waitress we had left much to be desired. After being seated we noticed no one has come to take drink orders. We did notice a waitress off in a corner freshening up her makeup and jokingly said amongst our table she must be ours. Several minutes of make-up retouches later she came over to take our drink order. Well, if it would have ended there I would have been fine. Maybe she just got to work, just took over a table during a shift change, etc. Its not really that big of a deal and I enjoy spending some time with my family. Fast forward to drinks being served and now its time to put in our breakfast order. She writes down the order and takes off. 5 minutes later she comes back to ask me what I ordered. I told her a second time. OK, its early in the morning so I dont think much of it. 10 minutes later I get interrupted and asked a third time what I ordered. I repeated my order making sure to speak clearly and deliberately. Three times is too much. Tables around us are already getting orders delivered and my waitress rolls her eyes and flips her hair with a «whatever» flair as she walks back towards the kitchen. If my family wasnt looking forward to the breakfast we just ordered I would have left on the spot. Ultimately I we did get served but its apparent whoever is running the front of the house needs a updated lesson in customer service.

Sick, cold, and all I wanted was coffee when I woke up. Being the tired lazy bum I was, and my daughter also home sick, where better than Bob’s? I was a little upset we didn’t get the caraffe of coffee we usually do and I’m not crazy about the renovation, but my breakfast was prompt, hot, and folks, the Cherry Bread is back! So stoked! I’ll be back :)

If we eat out for breakfast, we usually go here. The food is great and the prices are very reasonable. Call us weird, but we love the coffee! We even buy their beans to make at home.

I worked here for a while. There are a lot of regulars who eat here and love this place. The menu is quite big, and there is a lot of food to choose from. If you like home cooking, then this might be a good place to stop in. Not the greatest food in the world. The service is good overall. The way the waiters have to write their orders for the cooks is outdating and taxing on the waiters. They have carryout, so you can call ahead your order and pick it up.
