POOR customer service. My wife and I are new to the area and wanted a lot of new furniture. We spent around $ 17,000. However, even spending that kind of money no one wanted to help us get answers about items being months later than what we where told. They would tell us our sales person had to do it but he was on vacation. Really thats how the store is run. Poor management skills, they should be removed. If you are shopping for furniture this is other places the will work for your business. Once Kittles gets your dollar they do NOT care about the final outcome.

«I like to touch things. In my house I have a lot of velvet drapes and thick, lush couches.» –Tom Sizemore I get you, Tom. When it comes to the couches, at least. I’m not sure I get the rest of you. You know, Heidi Fleiss, the eight hour long sex tape, the extreme drug abuse, etc. On the the need for thick, lush couches, however, you and I think alike. We’ve purchsed several pieces of furniture from Kittles over the years. The quality and prices are decent, and the employees are friendly and helpful. If there is a crowd, come back another time. They don’t seem to be adequately staffed, so you’ll end up waiting a while just to pay for your rug that will really tie the room together.

This place has a wide selection of furniture. My wife and I have purchased furniture here twice in the past year. The first time we visited the store our salesman, Michael A., was very friendly and helpful. On the second visit our salesman, Brett B., was great as well. They both made us feel very welcome. We are very pleased with the quality of our purchases. We will definitely consider buying here again for future purchases.
